Ideally located on the beautiful Sun Coast of southwest Florida, Burnt Store Lakes is a deed-restricted community situated in southernmost Charlotte Country between the cities of Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Its proximity to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico makes this area ideal for boating and fishing, while the favorable climate allows for year-round opportunities to enjoy the region's many outdoor activities.
Burnt Store Lakes is administered by a Property Owners Association consisting of seven elected directors and a professional office staff. The Association strives to insure the community will continue to evolve into one of southwest Florida's premier addresses.
The BSLPOA Board of Directors meets at 6pm on the second Tuesday of each month at the Burnt Store Presbyterian Church, 13300 Burnt Store Road in Punta Gorda.
