Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting was held on Saturday October 17, 2009 at the Burnt store Presbyterian Church located at 13300 Burnt Store Road, Punta Gorda Florida. The Budget and Carry Over for the new Fiscal year October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010 was presented and approved resulting in the Annual Assessments set at $275.00 per year.
Additionally, the election for three (3) vacant Board of Director positions was conducted. Peg Varga, Gordon Quick and Bob Reichert were elected to complete a two year term.
"Unapproved" Minutes of the October 17, 2009 Annual Meeting are now posted. They will be officially approved at the next Annual Meeting to be held on Saturday, October 16, 2010.
