Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting for 2011 will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at the Burnt Store Presbyterian Church located at 13300 Burnt Store Road, Punta Gorda, FL. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. followed by the Annual Meeting Picnic to be held in the BSLPOA Park. There will be three (3) Board of Directors elected this year. These positions are currently being held by Bob Reichert, Rob Hancik and Gordon Quick. Anyone who would like to be considered should submit their name to the office along with a brief biographical outline. When the Nominating Committee is appointed at the June 2011 Board meeting, the names will be turned over to the Committee for consideration. The term of office is for two (2) years.
Unapproved Minutes of the 2010 Annual Meeting held on Saturday, October 23, 2010 are now posted below. These will be sent out with the Annual Meeting packet scheduled for mailing the first week in September 2011 for approval by the membership along with the 2011-2012 Budget.
