President's Welcome

Greetings!

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the newly redesigned website of the Burnt Store Lakes Property Owners Association (BSLPOA). Whatever your reason for visiting our site - whether you're a member of the community searching for information about the Association's activities or governance, or someone considering calling the Lakes your home in the future - I'm sure you'll find it helpful and informative.

Burnt Store Lakes is a wonderful place to live! While most of us were initially attracted here by the string of beautiful lakes that gives our home its name, we soon learned the neighborhood's real strength comes from the property owners themselves who are always willing to pitch in and bring to the Lakes a strong sense of "community".

Much has been accomplished since the Lakes' founding in 1972 - a recreational path for residents to walk, jog or bike; a park with covered pavilions for picnics and outdoor gatherings; landscaped round-abouts to slow vehicular traffic and insure our residents' safety; and ongoing efforts to maintain the common grounds and to keep our lakes clear and clean. The future of Burnt Store Lakes is equally bright. With the input and support of our members, the Board of Directors looks forward to the positive growth the coming years are certain to bring.

Finally, I'd like to thank the members of the Communications Committee, along with our dedicated office professionals - who have all worked hard to make this site as informative and "user friendly " as possible.
