Community Park

The Community Park includes "old Florida style" pavilions sheltering many picnic tables, restrooms, an observation deck overlooking Spoonbill Lake and a playground and swings for children. With multiple shade trees and a beautiful view of the lake and Bear Branch Creek, the park offers residents opportunities for fishing, walking, biking, family gatherings and community social events.  Open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Pavilion Rental - Association Residents (more than 10 participants): 
- Rental is FREE
- $65 refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit (Returned if park is left as found (trash removed, no damage)) 
- $25 Grill Use Fee (Covers grill cleaning and cost of propane if grill is used)
- For Groups of 50 or more where a majority of the attendees will be non-BSL residents, an Event Liability Insurance Policy with BSLPOA listed as the certificate holder. This must be submitted at least three (3) days before the event. Failure to provide the insurance policy by the deadline may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Pavilion Rental - BSL Non-Resident Events
- Rental Fee of $200 per day for private functions
- $65 refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit
- $25 Grill Use Fee
- An Event Liability Insurance Policy with BSLPOA listed as the certificate holder. This must be submitted at least three (3) days before the event. Failure to provide the insurance policy by the deadline may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.
