Board of Directors
The Burnt Store Lakes Property Owners' Association Board of Directors welcomes you to our community! Our purpose is to serve you, our community residents, by managing the finances and affairs of the Association. This includes enforcing compliance with deed restrictions and planning for future common area improvements to enhance the quality of life for residents and add value for all property owners.
Our Community Association Manager is Dawn Caniff. You can reach her at (941) 639-5881.
Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month. All property owners are encouraged to attend. The meetings provide an excellent opportunity to voice input to any of the agenda items that may be of concern and/or of special interest.
Each Board Member has a different liaison responsibility for important aspects of our community:
Rob Hancik (President) Beautification
Sandra Funk (Vice President) Communications, ARC
Lee Fossett (Treasurer) Lakes Water Quality
Elisabeth Geltz (Secretary) Drainage & Swales
Richard Mathis (Director At Large) Safety & Preparedness
Thomas Friemark Long Range Planning, Mechanical & Maintenance
