The Community Park includes "old Florida style" pavilions sheltering many picnic tables, restrooms, an observation deck overlooking Spoonbill Lake and a playground and swings for children. With multiple shade trees and a beautiful view of the lake and Bear Branch Creek, the park offers residents opportunities for fishing, walking, biking, family gatherings and community social events. Open dawn to dusk.
Pavilion Rental - Association Residents (more than 10 participants): - Rental is FREE - $50 COVID-19 Cleaning Fee (Two disinfectant cleanings (before & after event) Includes cleaning of pavilion tables and benches, restrooms, and observation deck.) - $65 refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit (Returned if park is left as found (trash removed, no damage)) - $25 Grill Use Fee (Covers grill cleaning and cost of propane if grill is used) - Submission of a Liability Insurance Policy with BSLPOA listed as the certificate holder is required for large functions such as weddings where most of the attendees are NOT BSL residents.
